Jerry P. “Trey” Wisdom, III, CRNP

Jerry (Trey) Wisdom III was born and raised in Dothan. A graduate of Providence Christian School, Trey believes that serving his community through healthcare is his God given purpose.

Trey received his Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Nursing from Auburn University. He has been working in healthcare in the hospital or clinic setting since 2014. What Trey loves most about primary care is the opportunity to treat patients personally. Trey has a special interest in pulmonology, cardiology, and diabetes care.

Trey is married to his high school sweetheart, Jessica, and they have a son. When he is not working, Trey enjoys traveling, sports, and hunting.

Trey is excited to have the opportunity to serve the community that raised him.
