Missy is a local girl, born and raised in Enterprise, Alabama. She graduated from Enterprise High School in 1992. After graduation she began her studies in nursing. She graduated from Troy State University School of Nursing in 1995. After graduation she worked for many years at Flowers Hospital in both the hospital and home health divisions. She then returned to Troy to further her education and graduated in 2001, Magna Cum Laude, with her master’s of nursing and began her career as a certified nurse practitioner. In 2009, she graduated, Magna Cum Laude, from the University of Alabama at Birmingham with a doctorate of nursing. Missy joined our practice in the fall of 2014, but she also practiced at Southern Clinic from 2002-2011. In addition to her work at Southern Clinic, Missy is an associate professor with the Troy University Graduate Program of Nursing.
Missy is the proud mother of two daughters, Jayden and Madilyn. She enjoys watching college football, traveling, being anywhere close to the water, and spending time with her family. She attends EI Bethel Baptist Church in Chancellor, Alabama. Missy is active in both the local Wiregrass Nurse Practitioner and State Association.
